I bought the theme thinking it would load up exactly like the "live preview" you have, once loaded it has nothing & I have to build it from scratch...is there a way to have the complete website (as the sample you have)? I really like the theme "AS-IS" and would just like to modify it as I go...Thank you.

Hello, you can definitely use default content in order to build your website. The file is coming with installation zip file. All is included in package - except pictures which we are not allowed to sell due to copyrights.
