Hi, Is anyone using this theme for real estate site. Can it be done ???

I have looked at many other real estate themes but each have their drawbacks, I think directory or business finder have the best functionallity for a real estate application but I would like to know if anyone has modified Directory for real estate agents or maybe something similar like an Auto dealer.
