Better support for installation errors would be awesome!

Awesome looking themes - my first experience with AIT...... It seems like support can be an issue though. I'd love to see a response to "Issues on Installation - Fatal Errors" in Barcelona Theme - I've posted in the support Forum 2 times still no response - How do I actually get support for installation Errors?
